Terms of Use

These terms cover the Sporty marketing site (sporty.live) and the Sporty Global app (app.sporty.live). They are operated by the operator of sporty.live. Questions: email Chris atbiggyc@gmail.com.

What Sporty is

Sporty Global is a sports schedule and directory. You can browse matches without an account. Opening a match and tapping a channel requires sign-in.

Each match can list channels. Tapping a channel opens that channel's website in a new tab or in your device browser. Sporty does not host, play, proxy, or provide streams or in-app video.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google (and later Apple, Facebook, or X) or a test email link. You are responsible for the account you use. Do not try to break the service or access someone else's data.

Third-party sites

Channel websites are not Sporty. We do not control them. They may change, fail, or require their own accounts. Sporty is not responsible for those sites.

Acceptable use

Use Sporty only to browse the schedule and open channel websites. Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the service.

No warranty

The schedule is provided as is. Matches, times, and channel listings can be wrong or out of date. We may change or stop the service.

Privacy

How we handle data, including Google sign-in data, is in thePrivacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
